Apart from skiing, Champéry is well-known for its extensive walk and bike trails. Discover the 800 km of marked paths for all enthusiasts of walks and mountain bike! During the high-season, the Tourism Office organizes diverse activities including guided hikes and walks, an award-winning Via Ferrata (rock climbing), and breakfast on a Swiss alpine farm with demonstrations of traditional cheese-making. Folkloric activities and festivals abound to show the love to the traditions and handicraft, as do activities for children. The visitors are invited to see the local dances shown by the local club on different events. Centrally located very close to the chalet is Champéry’s Palladium (National Ice Sports Centre) with on-site accommodation and meeting rooms, fitness centre, indoor pool, skating and curling rinks as well as outdoor pool, clay tennis and beach volleyball courts.
